The Sedona International Film Festival is an annual, eight-day film festival in Sedona, Arizona. The festival was founded in 1994. The Sedona Film Festival screens feature films, documentary films, short films, animated films, and student films.

Atlanta Jewish Film Festival

Golden State Film Festival

February 24th-March 4th, 2022

The Golden State Film Festival is intended to serve as an opportunity for emerging independent filmmakers to showcase their talents. It is a competitive event, with exhibitors and prize winners enjoying fantastic exposure before a large audience of enthusiastic film aficionados and high-level industry decision-makers. Filmmakers from across the United States and around the world are eligible to participate, and short-form as well as feature-length works are being considered for entry.

Los Angeles Film Awards (LAFA)

Los Angeles Film Awards (LAFA) is a monthly film and screenplay competition for filmmakers worldwide. LAFA is one of the highest-rated festivals on FilmFreeway, with over 500 five-star reviews. Our mission is to promote films, and be another step up in the filmmakers’ careers. Every month, our jury will award the best films through private screenings, and make a special interview with the winner of the Best Picture award. Some of the monthly winners will earn a nomination at the 7th annual LAFA 2022.

Durango Film Festival

The Durango Film Festival strive to showcase all genres of independent film for you and our community. The Durango Film Festival’s goal is to connect their community with independent filmmakers, engaging the audience in a unique viewing and interactive experience. Bringing the Four Corners Film Office into their organization reinforces their commitment to filmmakers to share their art with the community and to encourage them to film in their geologically diverse landscape. Film Independent Spirit Awards

March 6th, 2022

Each year, the Spirit Awards brings together top talent from throughout the world of film and television. In addition to traditional categories such as Best Feature and Best Director, the Spirit Awards features a number of unique honors such as Best First Screenplay and the John Cassavetes Award (best feature under $500,000). Last year, the show introduced five new categories honoring outstanding TV storytelling and performances.

Las Vegas Film Festival

Garden State Film Festival

March 23rd-27th, 2022

The artistic philosophy of the Garden State Film Festival is rooted in the celebration of the independent film genre and the creation of a forum where local and other independent filmmakers can exhibit their work. It was also created to pay tribute to New Jersey’s legacy as the birthplace of the American filmmaking industry in Thomas Edison’s Menlo Park laboratories where he invented the first film cameras and projectors, to Fort Lee, where the original studios were founded. Our event provides novice and aspiring filmmakers, actors, and others interested in careers in the film business, the opportunity to meet and network with industry professionals in an atmosphere conducive to learning and mentoring.

Boston Independent Film Festival

JFilm Festival

The JFilm Festival runs both in person and online. The festival will showcase 18 Jewish-themed, independent feature films from around the world. There will also be exclusive virtual Film Schmooze discussion and you’ll have a change to vote on your favorite film. The The festival will screen three films in person, including the Pittsburgh premiere of the locally filmed Cha Cha Real Smooth and the world premiere of Repairing the World: Stories from the Tree of Life, along with 15 films screening virtually.
